Sometimes it's hard to believe that I've spent the majority of my teenage years here.

Naive optimism would be insisting that it'll never happen. I recognize that it might. But I also recognize that it might not.

You think I don't think about this every day? Do you think I don't realize how easily my life could be ruined?

Yeah, that's what I just said, right? I know ya might think about it often enough, but even then there's still nothing any of us can do against it. One day it'll just be like this entire place up and vanished for us, and that'll be it.

Then it's just a matter of moving on with your life.

I've been here for nearly four years, and some people have been here for much longer than that. Others have left, but haven't lost their memories, and have still been able to keep in touch with those who are gone.

Something different might happen to me, but nobody knows that for sure. Don't think that you do.

Geez, sorry. Don't have to get all huffy about it.

I'm just making sure you won't regret it in the end, that's all. I've seen similar stuff happening to plenty of people.

I've also seen others leave the community and still stay in touch with those that they met here.

How is that last one even possible? They wouldn't be able to keep in touch unless they're in the same world, right?

Sometimes worlds aren't cut off. I can worldhop to people who have lost access. I live with one, some of the time.

... That doesn't sound too bad.
