May. 31st, 2012 01:33 pmLisa's convinced me to take a summer course at a local college. She still hasn't given up hope that I'll quit the Vatican and become a typical, productive member of her Earth's society.
I'll admit that I have some passing interest in the universities here-- I could never go back and attend one in the Fire Nation or Earth Kingdom, even if I wanted to-- but I don't think she understands that I'm never going to be typical.

Mobs stand out in front of public buildings waving signs, the candidates go on television to insult and yell at each other, and for some reason, the only people considered seem to be men.
I don't think I'm ever going to stop preferring monarchies. They're so much less messy.
